Doug Walters has been inspecting homes in Colorado since 1992. A former Licensed General Contractor, Doug has years of experience in building and construction management with familiarity with building codes and issues unique to Colorado homes.

Doug uses the "teaching" approach to home inspection, so that, each client has a full understanding of how their new home "works".

Doug is a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), which is your assurance that each inspection is done in accordance with the strict standards and code of ethics of ASHI.

Doug is experienced, trained and educationally certified by ITA (Inspection Training Associates), considered by many as the best inspector training school in the country. Doug uses the best equipment and most effective techniques to test various important aspects of the home.

Because of the need for accurate Radon measurement, Doug is qualified by the NRPP as a NEHA Radon measurement professional, to provide this additional service to his clients.
